“I would like to emphasize that Hong Kong affairs are purely China’s internal affairs, and no foreign country has the right to make irresponsible statements,” Lin said.
Lin noted that the Chinese government remains steadfast in its determination to protect the country’s sovereignty, security and development interests, and implement the “one country, two systems” policy.
