Chelyabinsk football players have begun preparations for the spring part of the season

FC Chelyabinsk continues the winter break of the Russian Football Second League Championship. The vacation is over, and the players and coaches are already returning to the training processes.

All work will take place in several stages. From January 12 to January 20, the players will have to undergo an in-depth medical examination.

And already on the 23rd the team will gather for a training camp. It will be held in Chelyabinsk, at the Signal and Central stadiums. This stage will last until February 10. In addition, Chelyabinsk residents are waiting for the first competition in the winter break: FC will play in the traditional winter tournament for the prizes of Mikhail Shafigulin.

The first training camp will be followed by two more, but they will take place on the Black Sea coast. The first will take place from 12 to 27 February, the second – from 5 to 20 March. During this time, the Chelyabinsk players will play a number of test matches. Dates and opponents have not yet been determined, but it is known that these will be teams from the First and Second Leagues.

The Championship itself will begin in April. FC Chelyabinsk will play the first match after the break on the road. On April 2, they will take to the pitch in Novotroitsk against Nosta. The home game will take place on April 9 against Ural-2 from Yekaterinburg.
