Checkers players from Kaluga entered the top three in Russia, taking bronze medals at the national championship. This was announced on Tuesday, March 26, at the Ministry of Sports of the Kaluga Region.

“Bronze medals were won by Diana Rabaji among girls under 14 years old and Ivan Levin among boys under 9 years old,” the department said.
The competition took place in the Samara region. About 700 athletes from 40 regions of Russia took part in the classic and lightning programs.
