According to a study by the Swiss financial holding UBS Group, chatbot based on artificial intelligence ChatGPT has set a world record for download rates. About it writes Reuters.
The source reports that in two months of open access to the bot, the number of downloads reached 100 million, and about 13 million people use the application daily.
In comparison, it took social network TikTok nine months to achieve this result, and Instagram (owned by Meta, recognized as extremist and banned in Russia) two and a half years.
Recall that in November last year, OpenAI launched ChatGPT, a bot that generates texts, answers questions and writes code.
Earlier it became known that ChatGPT successfully passed the University of Minnesota law exams and the business management exam at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Also, artificial intelligence successfully prepared a resolution for the US Congress.
Moreover, on February 1, the RSUH called for restricting access to the chatbot – this happened after a university student successfully defended his diploma, which he wrote in 23 hours using ChatGPT.
