Charlotte, detained at Pulkovo, was arrested for 13 days

Blogger and aspiring singer Eduard Charlotte. detained at St. Petersburg Pulkovo airport upon returning to the Russian Federation, received administrative arrest for petty hooliganism.

Earlier, the daughter of former deputy and ex-senator Elena Mizulina, Ekaterina, published a video apologizing to Charlotte after being detained at the airport. In the video, the 25-year-old blogger said that he made a mistake due to a “misfire in understanding what was happening.” because “he was mistakenly obsessed with false information.”
