Changes in transport routes are introduced in Moscow from the evening of September 7

In connection with the preparation for the City Day and the holding of festive events in the capital, the routes of urban transport will be changed. Some changes have also been made due to the sports festival at VDNKh.

From 23:30 on September 7 to 08:00 on September 12, some urban land transport routes will be changed during the preparation and celebration of the 875th anniversary of Moscow. This was reported in telegram channel Deptrans of the capital.

Thus, the m1 route in the section from Pushkinskaya Square to the Bolshoy Kamenny Bridge will follow the Boulevard Ring through the Kropotkinskaya metro station.

Routes m2, m3, m6, m7 and m9 will operate on two sections each. For example, m2 will run on sections between the metro stations “Park Pobedy” and “Biblioteka im. Lenin” and between the metro stations “Lubyanka” and “Vladykino”.

Routes e10, e30, m40, s 344, as well as n1, n2, n11 and n12 will be shortened.

In addition, from 12:00 on September 8 until the end of the sports festival, the route of bus No. 533 will change. It will not go through the territory of VDNKh, but will follow route No. 428 – along the streets of Sergei Eisenstein and Wilhelm Pieck.

Meanwhile, it is necessary to be attentive not only to passengers of urban land transport, but also to drivers. In the capital, from September 5, restrictions are introduced related to the City Day. You can find out which streets will be blocked and which ones will restrict traffic here.
