The hockey players of the Nizhny Novgorod “Chaika” are coming out of a pause in the MHL regular championship and are starting an away series, where they will have to play with opponents of different levels, playing in the “Golden” and “Silver” divisions of the Eastern Conference. In the 2023-2024 season, “Kuznetsk Bears” transformed and ceased to be “whipping boys”, moving to the first half of the “Silver” division standings. Based on the results of 20 matches played during the current regular season, “Kuznetsk Bears” settled into a leading position in the “Silver” division, ahead of “Ladya” by 3 points.
