Vilfand: a thaw with March temperatures will come to Central Russia
The Hydrometeorological Center of the Russian Federation reported that a thaw will come to central Russia this week.
The scientific director of the organization, Roman Vilfand, noted that the warmest day is expected in Moscow on February 1st with temperatures up to +3 degrees, and in the region up to +4 degrees. This corresponds to the climate norm for the third ten days of March.
However, on Saturday night the temperature will drop to -1…-6 degrees, and during the day it will drop to -3…-5 degrees.
The weather expert noted that it is still comfortable weather, but the air temperature will approach normal.
