Head of the Ministry of Education Kravtsov: Applicants of Pedagogical Universities are going to be awarded points for participation in SVO
The head of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, Sergei Kravtsov, said that applicants participating in the SVO and entering pedagogical universities can be awarded additional points for the Unified State Examination, TASS reports.
The Minister noted that the participants of the SVO will be able to receive additional preferences when entering the teaching specialty. The law on additional USE scores for SVO participants and volunteers has already been adopted, and this rule will apply to all pedagogical universities subordinate to the Ministry of Education.
It does not indicate how many points such applicants will be able to receive.
Earlier, Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin instructed to control the provision of benefits to applicants who participated in the SVO.
