A case of measles at the National University of Science and Technology MISIS has not been confirmed
The National Research Technological University MISIS denied the identification of a case of measles infection at the university.
“There are no confirmed cases of measles at the MISIS University,” the press service told Interfax. “There are no plans to introduce quarantine and distance learning at the university.”
At the same time, it is indicated that preventive measures are being taken at the university – for example, a vaccination center has been organized at the first-aid post, where those who wish, including foreign students, can be vaccinated free of charge. The university also reminded that, according to the order of the chief sanitary doctor of Moscow, students who have not had measles or have not been vaccinated twice can switch to distance learning until May 5.
