A Moscow company that specializes in the production of karts supplied 20 machines to the Zelenograd karting track “GBU Talisman” for teaching children. “Previously, the Zelenograd karting track used foreign cars, but due to sanctions, problems arose not only with their supply, but also with spare parts for maintenance. They were replaced by cards produced in the capital – the PilotKart company supplied 20 products intended for teaching children from six years old,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy. He added that the machines have a lower price and meet Russian safety requirements, and are not inferior to foreign analogues in all respects. The company produces 5 types of rental and training kart models for children and adults. Over the 8 months of this year, the company produced and shipped about 200 cars, showing a sales increase of 40% compared to the same period in 2022. The products are purchased not only by Russian customers, but also by clients from Belarus and Kazakhstan.
According to the general director of the company Oleg Korzhakov, due to the growing demand for products and the need to increase production volumes, the production expanded its fleet of turning and milling equipment. There are immediate plans to increase the staff. This will allow us to produce 10% more cars, and 30% more spare parts for them.
