Roscosmos in a live report showed the launch of the Soyuz-2.1a carrier rocket with the Progress MS-23 cargo spacecraft from the Baikonur Cosmodrome to the International Space Station.
According to the space state corporation, the flight of the ship will take approximately 3 and a half hours. It is specified that it will pass according to the ultra-fast rendezvous scheme with the ISS.
It is reported that Progress MS-23 will deliver almost two and a half tons of cargo to the station, including 499 kg of fuel for refueling the station’s engines and 630 kg of water.
The payload list of the space truck also includes 1.3 tons of equipment and tools, clothing, food and other things necessary for astronauts.
