Capital repairs with restoration in the houses of the capital
[ad_1]
Moscow is actively restoring residential buildings that have the status of cultural heritage sites.
As Deputy Mayor of the capital in the Moscow Government, Pyotr Biryukov, noted, major repairs and restoration are now being carried out in fifteen apartment buildings. All of them have complex architectural elements, therefore, in order to preserve their features, builders have to look for an individual “approach” to each building.
For example, in order to restore the house at 9 Volkhonka Street, building 1, which was built in 1879, specialists had to first create its digital model, where the lost fragments of stucco molding were restored. Then, using the laser scanning method, determine the volume of losses as accurately as possible. And only then start work.
By the way, according to Petr Biryukov, all the materials and equipment used in the restoration were produced in Russia.
Many buildings that are currently undergoing repair and restoration work receive targeted subsidies for this. This is done in order not just to repair the house, but to restore its architectural elements, such as stucco decoration, bas-reliefs, stained-glass windows, artistic fences and parapets. For this, builders specially obtain a license from the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
