Northern Military District soldiers, returning to Buryatia, will be able to take advantage of new regional support – receive free training in one of 100 professions. The head of the region, Alexey Tsydenov, spoke about this in his Telegram.

This is an initiative that will help special operations participants successfully adapt to civilian life and increase their competitiveness in the labor market.

To obtain an educational certificate, you will need to contact the employment service and choose one of hundreds of professions that are in demand in the labor market. You can study in person or remotely, depending on the preferences and capabilities of each participant. Short-term courses will be conducted by republican educational organizations.

It is worth mentioning that in December last year in Buryatia, a scholarship in the amount of 43 thousand rubles was established for participants of the SVO who decide to go to study to become a teacher.

In addition to free education and scholarships, other social adaptation measures are in effect in the region. For example, SVO soldiers can receive ownership of land plots, they can be exempt from paying transport tax for two years per vehicle, and they also have the right to register their children in kindergarten out of turn.
