Buryatia introduces mask regime in public places

The authorities of Buryatia decided to return the mask regime in public places. According to RIA Novosti, the corresponding decree will be published and will come into force on August 16. First of all, this measure will concern places where citizens are provided with public services.
Earlier, the mask regime was introduced in Tuva, where it has been in effect since August 12. The authorities of other Russian regions are still trying to apply targeted or advisory measures to combat the coronavirus. So, in the Republic of Altai, masks are not yet mandatory, but the authorities recommend observing the mask regime in public places. Also, the mask regime has been introduced in all medical institutions of the Tula region.
