Athletes of the Buryatia national team won 8 medals at the Russian Beach Wrestling Championship. They have 4 gold awards, 2 silver and 2 bronze, reports the press service of the Ministry of Sports of Buryatia.
Erdem Tsyrenzhapov became the overall winner. He also won a silver medal in the weight category over 90 kg. Gold medals were won by Igor Uphoev (weight category up to 70 kg), Sangadi Ulzetuev (up to 80 kg), Kirill Erkhituev in the weight category (up to 90 kg).
Sandan Garmaev won another silver award in the weight category up to 80 kg. The third result was shown by Viktor Zherbaev (up to 70 kg) and Zorigto Ukhinov (up to 90 kg).
