Bryansk sambists brought six awards from Smolensk. Athletes competed at the inter-regional sambo tournament among youths. The event was dedicated to the memory of the Hero of the Russian Federation V.A. Maksakov, as well as employees of the National Guard who died in the line of duty.
The participants of the event were sambists from different regions of the country. Representatives of the sports school of the Olympic reserve wrestling spoke for the honor of Bryansk. In the course of a stubborn sports confrontation, the juniors demonstrated good preparation and climbed to the podium.
So, in the nomination of the years of birth of 2007-2009, the silver medalist Ivan Lifanov and Maxim Trakhnov, who took third place, deserved medals. Among the boys born in 2010-2012, Yegor Kolesnikov became the second, and Yaroslav Dubrovin, Daniil Grishin and Eduard Chuvin won bronze medals.
