Brazilian Supreme Court Orders Military to Disperse Bolsonaro Protesters

The Brazilian military must demolish all the camps of rebellious supporters of ex-president Bolsonaro within 24 hours. Such an order was issued by the Supreme Court of the country. Also, the police should arrest all those protesters who are still on the streets of the capital, writes RBC.
As Chief Justice Alexandre de Moraes said, the protesters are terrorists who are financed in various ways with the full connivance of the authorities. And nothing justifies the existence of their camps, the judge stressed. After all, this completely undermines respect for the Constitution of Brazil.
If the order of the Supreme Court is not carried out within 24 hours, the army command, the minister of defense and the leadership of the police will be held accountable.
Recall that the unrest in Brazil broke out on January 8. Supporters of ex-president Bolsonaro seized the building of the Congress of Brazil, located in the country’s capital. The protesters are protesting against the results of the presidential elections, as a result of which Lula da Silva became the head of the country.
