Blinovskaya expects to challenge the decision of the tax inspectorate
How reports official website of the Moscow Arbitration Court, blogger, author of the “Marathon of Desires” Elena Blinovskaya filed an application with the court in which she challenges the decision of the Moscow City Tax Inspectorate No. 6 dated October 24, 2022 to hold her accountable for a tax offense.
It is clarified that preliminary hearings on Blinovskaya’s application are scheduled for February 6, 2024.
Let us remind you that Blinovskaya’s lawyer Natalia Salnikova previously told reporters that the blogger’s debt based on the results of a tax audit, taking into account penalties and fines, amounts to about one billion 400 million rubles.
