Evelina’s 11-year-old child conquers Russian film sets

Evelina Bledans is the mother of two sons. The eldest Nikolai lives in Israel and works in the IT field. And the youngest, 11-year-old Semyon, is growing up, apparently, as a creative boy. The diagnosis of Down syndrome did not prevent the child from trying himself in different directions and even playing in films, as MK learned about.

Recently, Evelina told Moskovsky Komsomolets that Semyon sang with X-factor show participant Dima Sivchik, performing the children’s favorite hit “Pinocchio.” Now he has also tried his hand at dramatic art. Together with his mother, the child took part in the filming of a children’s film. In the short film “Crusks and Buns” by director Anton Tyurikov, Evelina Bledans played the director of a charitable foundation, and her 11-year-old son Semyon played a hero.

“I was interested in the script, and the themes raised in this story are close to me, as a mother. And I also trust the film’s team, this is also, of course, important for me,” Evelina Bledans shared with MK. – Ksyusha Olobikyan, a student of our inclusive studio, starred in one of the main roles, and this is our pride!

Ksyusha and Syoma were very happy to meet on the set and communicated very warmly. In the film, Semyon played the star of a children’s play – a hero who saves everyone from an evil dragon and frees a princess from prison. I am glad that the director of the film offered Semyon exactly such a role. After all, this is very symbolic. My son is like the personification of the attitude in a social environment towards special children.”

According to the plot, friends set off from the village to the city, towards adventures, inviting Ksyusha, Borisik’s half-sister, a “sunny” girl, with them to implement their plan.

Filming of the film “Crusks and Buns” took place in Ivanovo and Shuya. Evelina managed to combine work with a trip to visit her godson. Recently, the actress became godmother to Gordey, the son of her friend Oksana, who lives in Ivanovo. Oksana and her eldest daughter Ainure also visited the film set. The girl even starred in one of the roles.

“We looked at the so-called business cards and self-tests of about a hundred children before we found our heroes,” said the film’s producer Irina Borovleva.

It is noteworthy that venerable artists also agreed to appear in the short film, such as Gosha Kutsenko, Polina Denisova, Ekaterina Direktorenko, Anna Zdor and others.
