Biden pulls out of APEC forum

US President Joe Biden will not take part in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum. A large-scale international forum is scheduled to take place in the Thai capital on November 18-19.
The refusal of the American president to visit Bangkok was reported by the TV channel “Tai PBS”. According to him, the US leader will not take part in the forum due to “family circumstances.”
It is known that Biden was born on November 20, 1942. That is, he will turn 80 years old and, probably, he wants to celebrate a round date with his family.
