Belgorod authorities allowed the operation of the shopping center subject to a number of requirements

Shopping centers in the Belgorod region can resume operations if they have brickwork, are sealed with film, and their staff is trained in first aid. This was announced by the Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

He said that the decision was made following the results of a meeting of the operational headquarters that took place yesterday, March 29. “In the next two days we will conduct a tour of these organizations (shopping centers.— “Ъ”) and let’s see how true the owners’ statements are,” Mr. Gladkov wrote in Telegram.

Also at the meeting it was decided introduce distance learning in schools in Belgorod and border areas from the fourth quarter. The authorities took these measures due to the fact that shelling of the Belgorod region has noticeably increased in recent weeks. Today, March 30, in the morning, the Ministry of Defense reported that two drones were shot down over the region, but no one was injured.
