It is reported that Mikhail Taskin – that is the name of the victim – together with a friend tried to get away from the conflict that arose in one of the cafes in the Nerchinsko-Zavodsky district.

The footage shows bruises on the face of a disabled person. The victim himself says that it is necessary to work with those who attacked him and urges not to lynch them. According to him, law enforcement agencies are working with the attackers and “will bring this matter to an end.”
“There is a law and everyone who was there will be held criminally liable,” said the veteran of the SVO.
