The Baza Telegram channel reports that a pensioner who tried to rob a bank in the Vladimir region acted on the instructions of scammers. It is noted that before the robbery she was “kidnapped”, and the woman’s son could not find her for two weeks.

According to the publication, the son of a 66-year-old woman told investigators that he sensed something was wrong two weeks ago, when his mother told him in a telephone conversation that she was taking part in a secret operation and was cooperating with the Central Bank, the Investigative Committee and the FSB. Baza noted that the son tried to reason with his mother, but she did not listen to him, after which he went to her house, but did not find her because she had disappeared.

The publication indicated that the young man wrote a statement to the police about the disappearance of his mother, who two weeks later was detained with a 49-year-old partner during an attempted bank robbery. The pensioner’s son does not know who the detained man is, and admits that the scammers could have brought two strangers together. As Baza noted, the “robbers” had an air pistol and an airsoft grenade with them when they were detained. The son of the detainee claims that he had not seen any weapons on his mother before.
