“Persons in the clinic are offered ambulance services – an emergency call is organized for further distribution to medical institutions depending on the diagnosis,” explained the main department of the FSSP in the Novosibirsk region. “Citizens refused the offered assistance.”

According to the clinic, a number of planned operations, including those for patients from other cities, were canceled due to the intervention of the security forces, and some patients were admitted to other hospitals. “For clinic staff who have encountered rude acts of armed people, including physical violence and obscene language, work with a psychotherapist is organized to help them overcome a severe stressful situation,” the clinic said.
