Figure skater and choreographer Ilya Averbukh spoke about the condition of the Olympic champion in ice dancing Roman Kostomarov. According to him, the recovery is moving in the right direction.
“Nothing threatens the health of such a critical person. Restoration follows step by step. Very long, very difficult,” Averbukh told reporters at the Ice Palace, where he presents his concert.

Recall that Kostomarov was hospitalized with pneumonia in January. His condition worsened, due to necrosis and sepsis, his feet were amputated.
