The first school holidays are in autumn. Do not forget that autumn is a period of exacerbation of mental disorders, including among pedophiles. What techniques do perverts use, and how to delicately explain to a child that not all “uncles” should be trusted.

Reception 1. The goal of any pedophile is to remain alone with his victim. To lure a child out of a noisy society to a secluded place, the pervert presses for pity, asks for help, or promises to show him something interesting. The technique is quite primitive, but it often works. Children meekly follow adults, without feeling a catch.

To deceive an 11-year-old girl, a pedophile from Podolsk invented a pitiful story. A 30-year-old man waylaid a schoolgirl at the entrance and poured out his soul with tears in his eyes. Allegedly, the girl abandoned him, kicked him out of the house, he has nowhere to live, and suddenly the “good girl” knows where he can spend the night. The good girl, of course, knew – next to the house there was an “abandoned building”, an old hospital building. That’s where they headed. The schoolgirl took the deceiver to a secluded place. There, a pervert abused a child. Luckily, leaving her alive.

The pedophile was detained a day later. During interrogation, he told his version of events. He allegedly offered the child 1,000 rubles for pocket money. For this he asked to be left alone with him. The girl didn’t mind. She brought the stranger into the apartment, but her older sister was there. And only then did they go to the abandoned hospital. Now investigators are clarifying all the circumstances of the case, but the pedophile’s guilt is obvious.

Perverts resort to theatrical play when they need to lure an older child. Much more primitive techniques work for younger schoolchildren.

An unfamiliar man told schoolgirls aged 7 and 9 from the Western Degunino district that he kept parrots and invited them to look at them. So the children ended up at a construction site, where the pervert committed his vile deed.

“The pedophile begins to give love and gives it limitlessly,” psychologist Irina Smolyarchuk comments on the situation. – He tells the child how his puppy lives, how he feeds him, how he went for a walk in the park yesterday and fed the ducks, how he loves his mother, how he has many friends, etc. He reads the child’s reaction – at what stage is he reacts with its response. And then it begins to expand this request. Where an emotional response occurs is where attachment is formed. Pedophiles emotionally hook children who lack the attention of adults in their families and who spend a lot of time alone.

Reception 2. The girl was returning home from classes, a migrant worker followed her into the entrance and got into the elevator with the child, where he committed the abuse. The schoolgirl immediately complained to her parents.

In St. Petersburg, a serial pervert was operating in one of the high-rise buildings. In one day, he managed to pester three minors. First, a 5-year-old girl became a victim. The baby was returning from a walk with her 7-year-old sister. The older one decided to go up on foot, and the younger one took the elevator. There was a man in the front door at the time. He took advantage of the fact that the child was left alone. The pedophile entered the elevator cabin with the girl and began to pester her. Later, two more girls, ten and eleven years old, admitted that they had also been abused in the same house, but remained silent out of shame and fear.

Even the presence of video cameras does not scare perverts.

“I would advise parents to prohibit their children from riding the elevator,” says psychologist Evgenia Pustovalova. – Of course, you can stop at the entrance, but still there are more chances to call for help here.

Reception 3. Lovers of the glorious past will say that Soviet children had more fun, but there were fewer pedophiles. Law enforcement officers do not agree with this opinion. They admit that there were plenty of perverts in the USSR, but there was no publicity. And the fact that modern children spend more time at home on the computer does not save them. Pedophiles have mastered social networks and instant messengers to perfection. Operating in the digital field is even much safer.

A 22-year-old pedophile was caught using live bait in Moscow. A man wrote to an 11-year-old girl on Telegram, confessed his love and proposed a meeting. Having learned about this, the schoolgirl’s mother, an employee of the security and escort regiment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, decided to catch the attacker red-handed. The girl agreed to meet with the man. There the pedophile was detained. In another case, everything also ended well.

The worst thing is when a child becomes dependent on a pedophile. How can this happen? A pedophile from a fake account meets a girl. There is a cute boy in the photo. They begin a correspondence and the pedophile, again playing on subtle feelings, gains confidence in the girl and persuades her to send him a photo of an intimate part of her body. Once he receives the photo, he has the victim on his hook. Then the blackmail begins: the pervert promises to post the photo on social networks or the school messenger. To prevent this from happening, he forces the child to meet and fulfill his wishes.

How can you identify a pervert from their social media profile?

On fake pages, pedophiles, as a rule, do not indicate either the number of the school or the clubs they attend. The attacker’s profile is as neutral as possible and sparsely filled out.

The pedophile introduces himself to the victim as his peer or a slightly older child. He deliberately makes mistakes in his writing so that he will not be recognized as an adult. “A real child can confuse “not” and “neither”, make mistakes in writing adverbs, alternations at the root, and use commas incorrectly. But it is unlikely that he will write: “My mother did not destroy me,” explains the psychologist.

The psychologist also reminds parents that the best defense against the “good uncle” is care and attention in the family.
