In 2023, mass testing of athletes will take place in Russia in the mobile laboratory of the Innovation Center of the Olympic Committee. This fate will be the first to overtake professionals from the Murmansk region.
Local athletes will be tested already in the period from 24 to 27 January. At this time, the northerners will check the functional state of the body.
“Comprehensive examinations will help determine the aerobic and speed-strength fitness of athletes,” — reported in the press service of the Ministry of Sports of the Murmansk region.
Only those athletes who have proven themselves well will be allowed to test. Northerners who showed high results in competitions will be tested. Testing will affect biathletes, alpine skiers and citizens involved in athletics.
