Volleyball players from Nizhny Novgorod ASK continue to compete in the regular championship of the PARI-Super League for the 2023-2024 season. The team from Nizhny Novgorod shows a weak level of play during the current regular season and takes place in the second half of the standings. At the moment, the red-blacks occupy 15th place in the Super League standings, ahead only of their rivals from Nizhnevartovsk. Based on the results of 17 matches played, ASK volleyball players were able to score only 7 points, having won 3 victories during the current season.
In the upcoming match of the regular season, ASK volleyball players will have to compete for victory with opponents from the middle of the standings. Andrei Dranishnikov’s team will go to Krasnoyarsk for a match against Yenisei, which is currently in 9th place. In 17 matches played, “Enisey” was able to score 24 points, falling behind the coveted 4th position by 7 points. In the first round meeting, the Yenisei volleyball players turned out to be stronger, winning with a score of 3:2.
Let us remind you that the regular championship match of the PARI-Super League between “Yenisey” and ASC will take place on January 21. The meeting is scheduled to start at 12:00 Moscow time.
