Former candidate for governor of Primorye from the Communist Party Andrey Ishchenko received a negative response from the military commissar of the region Nikolai Trigubko to a request to mobilize him to participate in a special military operation (SVO). “The military commissariat of Primorsky Krai is not empowered by law to make a decision on conscription for military service to mobilize citizens suspected, accused, convicted, serving sentences for crimes provided for by the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Under such circumstances, there are no legal grounds for satisfying your appeal on the merits, ”says the response signed by the military commissar Trigubko, received by Andrey Ishchenko in SIZO-1 in Vladivostok.
Mr. Ishchenko sent an application with a request to send him to participate in the NWO at the end of September.
