Arestovich called the anthem of Ukraine a national disaster: “We will fight until we all die”

According to Ukrainian politician Oleksiy Arestovich, who previously held the position of freelance adviser
Office of the President of Ukraine, the country has a very depressing anthem, and “squabbling” among the leadership can lead the nation to death.
“There are very interesting lines in our anthem. They sound like this: “We will lay down our soul and body for our freedom.” Tell me, is there any constructive, social engineering in our anthem? What will happen in the world after victory? There is only “put soul and body”, and what’s next?” – he asked.
“The combination “we will put our soul and body”, that is, we will fight until we all die, and the Black Rada “we will kill each other, if only someone does not consider themselves a new hetman”, it is deadly for us, Arestovich believes.
He called the combination of these two archetypes a national catastrophe, a black hole of the Ukrainian collective unconscious.
