On December 26, Apple filed an appeal against the import and sales ban and asked the court to delay the start of the ban while the appeal was considered. In addition, the company presented redesigned versions of the two specified watch models, taking into account the court’s claims. It is expected that the relevant departments will study these options and make a decision on the possibility of importing and selling them on January 12. The federal appeals court said it would consider Apple’s application to extend the ban’s overturn throughout the appeal process and announce its decision as early as January 15.
