Apple Company presented new generation of MacBook Air laptops. The 13.6-inch and 15.3-inch Liquid Retina MacBook Air models are equipped with the M3 chip, which increases the laptop’s performance by 60% compared to the M1-based model.
The battery life of the new devices has increased to 18 hours, which is a third more than that of the previous generation of computers. The faster, more efficient 16-core Neural Engine enables AI-powered technologies.
The new items received a MagSafe charging connector, two Thunderbolt ports for connecting accessories, and a 3.5 mm headphone port. The laptops have a 1080p FaceTime camera, built-in speakers with support for Spatial Audio and Dolby Atmos, and they can work with two external displays.
The cost of a 13-inch MacBook Air with M3 in the US will start from $1 thousand, and a 15-inch MacBook Air with M3 will start from $1.2 thousand. The computers are made in silver, black, gold and gray colors. New items are available for pre-order, deliveries will begin on March 8.
Earlier, sales of Apple Vision Pro began on the Russian market. However, the devices do not support the Russian language, require setting up an account in the US, and until recently did not allow you to reset your password outside of official Apple stores.
