Apple introduced a new generation of the iPad Pro tablet

Apple showed new generation iPad Pro tablet – the model received the M2 processor, which was the first in the new family of Apple chips. Sales of the latest iPad Pro will begin on October 26, but for now, pre-orders are open. The 11-inch (starting at $799) and 12.9-inch (starting at $1,099) iPad Pro will be available in silver and space gray with 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB storage configurations.
The processor has become more powerful, faster and more energy efficient than the previous M1 chip, which allows the tablet to work with videos in ProRes format. The devices received support for Wi-Fi 6E wireless connection and cellular networks of the 5G generation.
Also, the new iPad Pro features an updated algorithm for interacting with the proprietary Apple Pencil stylus, which is recognized at a distance of up to 12 mm from the screen. Together with the tablets, the iPadOS 16 operating system was released, which also expands the capabilities of the device.
