Street artist Philippenzo (Philip Kozlov) left the Lyubertsy detention center after two consecutive arrests for 15 days. He told the publication SOTA. According to him, both protocols were issued for disobedience to the police (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).
“It was the longest transplant in my life. I do not intend to use the services of this airline anymore, ”the artist said at the exit.
Philip Kozlov detained July 29 at the airport after returning from Georgia. August 11, after 15 days of arrest, the court sent him under arrest for the second time.
Philippenzo is the author of the graffiti “Overgrowing” and “Our Zinc”. The graffiti “Irrossilovanie” was painted by the artist on Russia Day, June 12, under the Elektrozavodsky bridge on the Yauza embankment. According to the artist, after that the police came to him and he left for Georgia.
In addition, as the artist himself reported, in 2022 he was fined twice for the “Our Zinc” graffiti, timed to coincide with Victory Day, for 40 thousand rubles. and again for 45 thousand rubles. under the article on discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
