Bullying and problems with parents

Ani Lorak admitted to bullying after taking part in a reality show about overcoming phobias and internal contradictions with the help of unusual tests and music. She joined the jury that selected the best young artists, along with Larisa Dolina, Denis Klyaver, Shura, Katya Lel, Yulianna Karaulova and other stars. The secular presentation took place at the musical theater named after. K.S. Stanislavsky and V.I. Nemirovich-Danchenko.

As it turned out, Lorak agreed to participate in the “Launch” show, partly because the topic of psychological violence was close to her: she herself suffered from bullying. Young people experiencing psychological problems took part in the reality.

“I had both bullying and problems with my parents, because I was born in a dysfunctional family, I spent my childhood in a boarding school. My bullying began and continues to this day, because I chose the profession of an artist, and artists, as you know, a target for hate, hype for people who want to offend, – Lorak told MK. – But, on the other hand, if you choose the profession of an artist, you should know that peaks attract lightning, and the higher you rise, the you are closer to the blow. Therefore, probably, life itself taught me to treat this correctly: if you cannot change the situation, change your attitude towards it. I am to some extent grateful to the people who make me popular, because today, as It’s not strange, if they talk about you, it means someone is interested in you and needs you. I have a philosophical attitude towards this. And with age I came to the conclusion that love should win in the heart.

There is very great power in forgiveness, in letting go, and in general, life cannot be taken seriously, because anyway we are guests here and we live a spiritual experience in a physical body. And when you look from a spiritual point of view, you understand everything and there is no resentment, you feel sorry and grateful.”
