Andrey Vorobyov presented to the public a branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation

The branch began work on June 1 and accepted about 400 people, more than 200 of them are members of the NWO. The work of the Moscow region branch was appreciated by Margarita Simonyan, Denis Lebedev, Butai Butaev, Salis Karakotov, Olga Korosteleva, Dmitry Lutovinov, Sergey Lysyuk, and Ilya Khakhrikov.

“The main questions that are addressed here remain unchanged from the first day – obtaining a certificate of a combat veteran, payments for wounds, passing a military medical commission for obtaining a disability,” Andrey Vorobyov noted.

The branch is served by 60 people. These are social coordinators, lawyers, a psychotherapist, as well as an employment service and an MFC. Fund coordinator Viktor Isaev is a former special operation volunteer. After recovering from his injury, he works here. Victor met former commander Ilya Khakhrikov.

“Viktor Viktorovich Isaev was the deputy battalion commander when I entered the service in the Krasnolimansky district. I was glad to see a familiar face here at the branch. And the most important thing is to see him alive, ”Khakhrikov shared.

Andrey Vorobyov drew attention to the fact that helping the disabled people of the NWO is an important direction of the Foundation. The guests were also shown a room with rehabilitation equipment. “Here they provide consultations and explain how, for example, automatic windows work, which are installed in apartments. All these services are in great demand, and we are trying to tell what is in the arsenal of rehabilitation means,” the governor summed up.
