Since the opening of access to the platform with the capital’s medical AI services, medical organizations from 9 regions have already submitted applications for their use.
“In February of this year, Sergei Sobyanin announced that, on behalf of Vladimir Putin, Moscow would share computer vision technologies and open access to its AI services for free to any medical organization in the country. Such algorithms mark areas of possible pathologies in the image with color hints, automatically make measurements that are important for the doctor when making a diagnosis, and create a draft description of the study,” said Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development Anastasia Rakova.
The vice mayor added that over the four years of using smart technologies in the city, they have shown their effectiveness. AI makes it possible to find signs of disease in medical images faster and more accurately. Now all doctors in the country can use these services. At the moment, applications have been received from medical organizations from nine regions, including the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Moscow region.
Access to the platform https://mosmedia.rf/ was opened on February 15th. In addition to the above-mentioned regions, applications came from medical organizations in St. Petersburg, the Penza and Kemerovo regions, the Republic of Dagestan and the Chechen Republic, the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
