Anapa authorities demanded the demolition of the house and store of Dani Milokhin’s adoptive father

The Anapa District Court will consider a claim for the demolition of a residential building and two buildings belonging to Dmitry Tyulenev, the adoptive father of TikToker Dani Milokhin. An inspection carried out after the complaint revealed that the buildings were built in violation of urban planning requirements.

The day before, father of many children, Dmitry Tyulenev, recorded a video message in which he said that the administration of Anapa had filed a lawsuit demanding the demolition of his house, as well as his parents’ house and the family clothing store (according to him, the only normal source of income for the family), which was recently closed. The basis for demolition is non-compliance with the setbacks from the boundary.

At the same time, according to Dmitry Tyulenev, local lawyers refuse to help him and his family. “As the lawyers say, they want to switch me, to create problems for me specifically so that I will not be able to defend Danya,” Dmitry said in a video message. Earlier it was reported that Danya Milokhin was put on the wanted list at the request of the Anapa military registration and enlistment office.

“Inappropriate use of the land plot was established, as well as a violation of urban planning requirements during the construction of objects: a residential building and two outbuildings were built in violation of setback standards, one of the buildings has signs of a clothing store,” the press service of the Anapa administration told RIA Novosti.

According to city authorities, Dmitry Tyulenev “arbitrarily occupied a public territory of 71 square meters. m”, and his plot, a personal subsidiary plot, does not provide for commercial activities. The court hearing is scheduled for September 25.
