An outdoor coworking space will appear in the Rostokino area along with a retail and office center under construction. The investor, as part of the program to stimulate the creation of places of employment (MPT), will improve the territory near the facility. In addition, there will be a platform for events and a dynamic light art object.
“The program to stimulate the creation of MPT, implemented since 2020, helps develop urban infrastructure in a comprehensive and balanced manner. Thus, next to the Botanica shopping and office center, which is being built in the North-Eastern Administrative District under the city program, an investor from the Pioneer group of companies will build an open co-working space with comfortable workspaces equipped with USB slots for charging,” said the Minister of the Moscow Government, the head of the capital Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.
He added that the developer also plans to equip a public space in the city square with seating areas and a platform where events can be held. The path to the green zone from the metro stations and the Botanical Garden MCC will be along the promenade, with evergreen shrubs planted along it.
Completion of construction is scheduled for the third quarter. After the commissioning of the facility, about 4.5 thousand jobs will appear in the capital, of which over a thousand will be created under the MPT program.
It should be noted that the Moscow Government has concluded more than 80 agreements with investors who will build over 3.8 million square meters of real estate under the MPT program.
