An open chess championship was held in the Moscow region

Over 100 chess players took part in the open chess championship in the Moscow region. Amateurs and professionals competed for championship in the Odintsovo district. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Physical Education and Sports of the Moscow Region.
Six FIDE masters, four grandmasters and two international masters competed for the main cash prize. The first place in the championship with a score of 6.5 points was shared by three athletes. The leaders were the famous Lyubertsy grandmaster Alexei Khrushchev and two young talents – Isaac Parpiev from Khimki and Alexander Usov from Odintsovo. Despite their youth, the guys are already famous in world chess circles. They are members of the Russian national team and the Moscow region team.
Only according to additional indicators, Isaac Parpiev was in first place. Second place went to Alexei Khrushchev, and bronze went to Alexander Usov. The source notes that all three leaders demonstrated a very convincing game, without receiving a single loss.
