On the territory of the Senkino technological industrial park, which is being built in the settlement of Krasnopakhorskoye under a program to stimulate the creation of places of employment, the capital company will open 2 workshops and 4 industrial lines. The manufacturer Emerlink specializes in IT equipment; after commissioning the facilities, 70 Muscovites will be able to work on them.
“The construction of the Senkino industrial park is planned to be fully completed in 2026; more than half of the space there has already been reserved. For example, one of the Moscow developers of hardware solutions and software has already concluded an agreement to purchase premises with an area of over 1,600 sq.m,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.
Senkino will consist of 5 buildings with an area of over 73 thousand sq.m. The project is universal, which allows it to accommodate not only high-tech production, but also light industry enterprises. With the opening of the park, over 2,800 jobs will appear in the capital.
As General Director Elman Imamkuliev said, the location of the industrial park within the city provides good transport accessibility.
“The design takes into account the needs of most companies and offers the possibility of individual adaptation of the premises,” noted Alexander Manunin, managing partner of Parametr, the project investor.
