Artem Ilyin from Nevinnomyssk won a silver award at the Russian trampoline championship, the press service of the city mayor’s office reported.
More than 600 athletes from 35 regions of the country from 9 to 16 years old competed for the title of the best. Medals were awarded in individual jumps, double mini-trampoline jumps and tumbling jumps.
Artem Ilyin, a graduate of the Olimp sports complex, represented Nevinnomyssk as part of the Stavropol region team. The mayor of the city, Mikhail Minenkov, congratulated the athlete on his second place, his coach Alexander Lychkin, and wished him further success.
