An athlete from Armavir won five medals at the World Taekwondo Championship in Bishkek

The World Taekwondo Championship (GTF version) has ended in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek. 1,500 athletes from 27 countries took part in the competition. Men and women over 18 years old, juniors and juniors 15-17 years old, boys and girls 12-14 years old and 10-11 years old competed for medals.
Russia at the end of the tournament showed the best result.
An athlete from Armavir Radmila Grigoryeva performed as part of the national team. She won four gold and one bronze medals.
According to the results of the competition, athletes from the Russian team fulfilled the standards of masters of sports.
Earlier, MK in Kuban reported that at the Russian taekwondo championship and championship (MTF version) held in December 2022, representatives of the Krasnodar Territory won 49 awards, of which 25 were of the highest value. In the discipline “tul” Kuban taekwondo fighters occupied the entire podium. In total, 38 athletes from the Krasnodar Territory took part in the competition. Some of them became part of the Russian national team for 2023.
