An additional period of the Unified State Examination and the OGE starts today

Final exams in middle and high school are a thing of the past. But not for everyone. Today in Russia starts an additional period of state final certification (GIA) for graduates of grades 9 and 11. Those guys who, for various reasons, did not pass the certification and did not receive a certificate, will take the exams.
According to the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science, about 13,000 people have registered for the Unified State Exam. They will take only compulsory subjects: Russian language and basic mathematics. About 3,000 participants plan to take the USE in the Russian language, and more than 12,000 in mathematics.
About 93,000 people registered to participate in the Main State Exam in the additional period. The vast majority – more than 72 thousand children plan to take mathematics, more than 23 thousand – Russian, almost 29 thousand – social studies, more than 26 thousand – geography, 14.3 thousand – computer science, 8.7 thousand – biology, 2.4 thousand – history , 2.2 thousand – chemistry, 1.4 thousand – physics, 1.3 thousand – English, 380 people – literature.
