An accomplice in the murder of singer Mikhail Krug seeks to be sent to the Northern Military District zone

The organizer of the terrorist attack on the Cherkizovsky market made a similar request to the Human Rights Council.

Two notorious criminals throughout the country, sentenced to life imprisonment, immediately appealed to the Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation with a request to send them to the zone of a special military operation in Ukraine.

According to MK, one of them is Alexander Ageev, sentenced to life for complicity in the murder of the king of Russian chanson, singer. Mikhail Krug. Ageev personally addressed the head of the Human Rights Council Valery Fadeev. He stated that after the verdict he wrote a letter to the Tver military registration and enlistment office, but they refused to call him up, citing the order “for official use.” The convict challenged this decision in court, but was refused there too. In his letter, he indicates that the court’s decisions, in his opinion, are illegal and limit his rights.

The second applicant is FSB warrant officer Sergei Klimuk, convicted of organizing a terrorist attack on the Cherkizovsky market in Moscow in August 2006. Klimuk wrote a letter to the author of these lines, in which he reports that he has several military specialties and will be useful in the North Military District zone. He still does not admit his guilt and believes that a mistake occurred in his case. Klimuk offers to make him a platoon commander – this is his main profession. He claims he is ready to replace an inexperienced recruit.

Let us remind you that criminals sentenced for life are prohibited from being drafted into the Northern Military District zone and into contract military service.
