American boxer DeAndre Savage wants to obtain Russian citizenship

According to State Duma deputy from the Belgorod region Nikita Rumyantsev, American boxer DeAndre Savage can receive Russian citizenship after his fight with Russian Dmitry Kudryashov. The fight between them is scheduled for March 2 in the city of Gubkin, Belgorod region. This will be the first fight for 38-year-old Kudryashov since April 2023.
Nikita Rumyantsev noted that the American has so far expressed only a verbal desire, but if it is necessary to obtain a passport as a citizen of the Russian Federation, Savage will be provided with all the necessary assistance.
DeAndre Savage, a 33-year-old boxer, has four wins in four professional fights.
