All-Russian judo competitions for prizes of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation were held in Khabarovsk

On March 22, the All-Russian judo competition for the prizes of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation ended at the Regional Martial Arts Center in Khabarovsk. As reported in press service of the regional government, competitions of this level were held in the regional capital for the first time. Representatives of not only the Far East, but also other regions of the country competed for medals.

Judoists from the Khabarovsk Territory managed to win 13 medals. Among the winners are Andrey Alymov, Ruben Nakhapetyan, Sergey Solongin, Igor Dvornikov, Polina Filko and Olesya Shishlonova. Athletes from the Khabarovsk Territory will also represent their region at the Russian Championship and the international tournament in memory of Vasily Oshchepkov, which will be held in Khabarovsk.

Let us remind you that the Russian Judo Championship among athletes under the age of 23 will be held in Krasnoyarsk from April 18 to 20. The international tournament in memory of Oshchepkov will be held in May in Khabarovsk. Previously, the Far Eastern Federal District Judo Federation was created in the region, headed by the first vice-governor of the region, Alexander Nikitin.
