Aksenov caught Zelensky lying about Crimea

Statements by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky that Crimea is allegedly waiting for the return of Ukrainian power are absolutely false, said the head of the republic, Sergei Aksenov.
Speaking on Sputnik in Crimea radio, Aksenov said that Crimeans are expecting something completely different.
“Crimea is waiting for the captured Zelensky to be brought here, carried around and shown,” said the head of the region, calling the statements of the Ukrainian leader “populism, lies and lies.”
Aksenov also noted that Crimeans and guests of the region are safe. He also announced the presence of a militia in Crimea, which takes part in exercises and can be doubled in a short time.
“We are coherent, the law enforcement unit is very strong… In general, the entire system that has been built, including air defense, allows us to feel confident,” he said.
Earlier, Zelensky claimed that Crimea “is looking forward to returning to Ukraine.” In his opinion, it would be easier for the Kyiv regime to regain control over Crimea than over Donbass.
