Adobe Premier Pro video editing program now includes new features, based on artificial intelligence, including the ability to remove background noise from dialogue. Users will also be able to remove unnecessary pauses and unwanted interjections such as “hmm” and “uh” from both the audio track and the transcription.
According to Adobe, thanks to the new Enhance Speech feature, dialogues will sound as if they were recorded in a professional studio. It will highlight background noise and adjust the levels of voices and sounds in the background.
The new speech editing tool Filler Word Detection will automatically detect all unnecessary pauses in dialogue, and it will also allow you to adjust the duration of pauses that need to be removed from the audio track. New project templates have appeared, the speed of working with the timeline has increased, and the automatic display of tones has also improved.
With the After Effects feature, there will be a 3D space for working with visual effects and support for importing ready-made 3D models. The ability to create more realistic lighting and shadows will be added, and the Roto Brush tool, which tracks moving objects in the frame, has also been improved.
New features are already available in beta, with a full launch planned for the end of 2023.
